A New Chapter for Argenta

Argenta is entering an exciting new chapter in its over 30-year history of supporting the diagnostics and laboratory equipment industry across Poland.

To drive our next stage of growth, we are pleased to announce the expansion of our Management Board with two new appointments:

Krystian Gołdyn – Director of Sales and Marketing

Agnieszka Krokowicz – Director of Organizational Development

They will join:

Iwona Michalak – Finance Director, who continues as a member of the Management Board.

By combining proven experience with fresh energy and new perspectives, our strengthened Board is ready to further enhance the support we provide to laboratories throughout Poland — driving innovation, reliability, and excellence into the future.

Members of the Management Board of Argenta Sp. z o.o.:

KRYSTIAN GOŁDYN

INTRO

With over 20 years of experience in the medical and pharmaceutical industries — including the Rx, medical devices, and laboratory diagnostics segments — Krystian has built extensive managerial expertise in sales and marketing. He has been responsible for developing business strategies, launching new products, and building sales and marketing teams. Throughout his career, he has consistently delivered ambitious commercial objectives while implementing innovative solutions in omnichannel sales strategies, digital marketing, and e-commerce. He has been with Argenta since 2019.

EDUCATION

Krystian holds a master’s degree in Environmental Protection from the University of Łódź. He also completed postgraduate studies in pharmacoeconomics at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School. In addition, he has participated in numerous courses and training programs on project management, negotiations, marketing, and leadership, continually developing his managerial and strategic skills.

ROLE IN THE ARGENTA GROUP

Krystian is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s marketing and sales strategies, driving the development of omnichannel and e-commerce initiatives, and introducing innovative products and sales enablement tools. He leads teams of digital marketing and multichannel sales specialists, placing strong emphasis on cross-functional synergy, operational excellence, and collaborative partnerships with market leaders. In his daily work, he combines a results-driven approach with the ability to build highly engaged and high-performing teams.

AGNIESZKA KROKOWICZ

INTRO

Agnieszka has been with Argenta for 12 years, consistently working within the Business Development Department. During this time, she has been responsible for implementing strategic changes in areas such as process management, digitalization, human resources, and brand development. She specializes in project-based work and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

EDUCATION

She holds degrees from the Poznań University of Economics and Business and ESCP Business School (Grande École, Paris) in Management and Finance. In 2016, she completed postgraduate studies in process management at Kozminski University in Warsaw, followed by two executive programs at London Business School: Developing Strategy for Value Creation and HR Strategies in Transforming Organizations.

ROLE IN THE ARGENTA GROUP

Agnieszka currently heads the Organizational Development division, which spans HR, IT, and other key strategic initiatives. She combines a strong commitment to people and their professional growth with the introduction of advanced tools and systems designed to enhance day-to-day operations. She also oversees strategic processes under the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) framework, which she successfully implemented within the organisation. In addition, she co-manages Integra, where she is responsible for shaping the company’s strategic direction and motivating the team to deliver on its business objectives. In her everyday work, she values open communication and authentic relationships, believing they are the foundation of effective processes and successful strategies — qualities that are essential in fast-growing organisations.

IWONA MICHALAK

INTRO

Iwona has been with Argenta for 25 years, where she began her career as Chief Accountant and later became Finance Director and a Management Board Member. For nearly a decade, she has also served as Finance Director and Management Board Member at Integra Diagnostic, a company she co-initiated and helped establish. Over the years, she has played a key role in initiating and implementing changes to the legal structures of both companies, supporting their growth and adaptation to evolving market conditions.

EDUCATION

She holds a master’s degree in Management and Marketing (specialization in Corporate Finance and Accounting) from the Poznań University of Economics and Business, as well as a postgraduate diploma in Controlling from WSB University in Poznań. She regularly participates in courses and training programs, including management programs at ICAN Institute, continually developing her strategic and leadership competencies.

ROLE IN THE ARGENTA GROUP

Iwona is responsible for ensuring the financial stability, operational compliance, and effective oversight of the administrative and legal functions of both Argenta and Integra Diagnostic. Her work focuses on driving transparency across financial processes, managing risk effectively, and supporting the sustainable growth of the organisation in line with industry regulations. She places a strong emphasis on precision, accountability, and a long-term approach to building organisational value.
